What Is ISON*?

ISON is a lab that provides inclusive education and artistic expression for Theater and Dance.

In September 2019, THEAMA team, EXIS team and ARTimeleia team created the first space for inclusive education in the performing arts for disabled and non-disabled artists in Athens. Today ISON operates under the artistic direction of THEAMA and EXIS as represented by Vassilis Oikonomou, Anna Vekiari and Elias Kourtparasidis.

An open space in the centre of Athens, Kerameikos district, entirely accessible and fully designed to meet the needs of courses, seminars and artistic presentations and performances of groups and their members.
